According to section 25 of the Act, a person sexually harasses another person where, he makes an unwelcome sexual advance, or an unwelcome request for a sexual favour to another person or he engages in any other unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature towards another person.<\/span><br><\/div>\n<p><em>&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Acts of sexual harassment may include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>unwanted requests for sexual favours<\/li>\n<li>offensive comments of a sexual nature<\/li>\n<li>sexual, vulgar, dirty, indecent, obscene jokes<\/li>\n<li>comments, questioning or teasing about a person&#8217;s alleged sexual activities or private life<\/li>\n<li>persistent unwelcome invitations, telephone calls or emails with sexual undertones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>In circumstances where following an investigation, it is revealed that the offence of sexual harassment has been committed, the Commission may decide to refer the matter to the Director of Public Prosecutions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sexual Harassment Apart from discrimination, sexual harassment is also prohibited under the Equal Opportunities Act.
